The hotel is beautiful! More then I could have imagined. Pictures and information was very hard to get on the Hacienda. The hotel was clean and the staff was warm and friendly. The fully outfitted kitchens are there for you convenience or you may have a cook/chef brought in, depending what you want. We had a kitchenette in the north presidential suite also that had a refrigerator.

There was a blow dryer and toiletries for our convenience also. House keeping came each day to refresh our towel and straighten up the room. Sheets were fresh and clean and bedding was beautiful quality. Fresh coffee was made every morning although we brought our own and made it in our room.

Juanita provided me with an internet stick during my stay. So yes, there is internet available. They had one of the hot tubs working it was nice and warm. We enjoyed the sunsets each night from the hot tub :-). You will see many many whale while you are here and the best view is from the hacienda without a doubt! There are a few restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Migil’s just up the road on the left serves breakfast through supper with fair prices. Tortugo’s is just a bit further on the left. They have a pub type fare and and friendly bar. Our favorite place for lunch and supper was the surf club just down the stairs from the hacienda. Right on the beach it offered healthy choices as well as snacky food. they make an amazing fresh salsa as well as ceviche.

They have free WiFi for their customers. The prices are a bit higher at the beach restaurant but the ambiance and freshness was well worth it. The hotel was happy to accommodate. We never ran out of anything and the hot water was hot :-) If you decide to go, Please say hello to Juanita and Rego for me. This is a place like no other.
