Your Getaway Package Includes;

Details of Participation

This vacation offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and is not valid for
full-time students, group travel (Description: group travel is two or more parties that know
each other traveling to the same resort on the same dates using more than one voucher,
regardless if the vouchers were purchased separately) or persons attending a convention.

In order to be eligible for this promotional offer, you (or your spouse) must be between 30 and
65 years of age married, common-law or in a life-partnership, currently employed or gainfully
retired, with a combined annual income in excess of $75,000. You and your spouse or partner
(common-law) must attend and complete the 90 minute tour and presentation which will
explain the details of our memberships and view a short video on our resort affiliations.

When checking in, you are welcome to arrive as early as 10am; however, your room is
guaranteed to be ready by 4pm. Likewise, check out is 11 am and you are welcome to stay and
make use of all facilities until midnight.

This package includes accommodations for up to two adults and 3 children under the age of 18.
All transportation and incidentals are your responsibility. Pets are not allowed in the Georgian
Manor Resort or on the resort grounds.

Members of Resort Holiday Group, and on Georgian Manor Resort, current and past employees,
as well as those who have attended our resort orientation in the past 18 months are ineligible
for this promotional offer.

Upon check-in you must provide a major credit card, which will be pre-authorized for $100 to
offset any additional personal expenses you may incur at the resort.

You will receive the reservation department’s contact information on the voucher. Reservations
dates are available on a first come first served basis and subject to availability. It is
recommended to book early to get the best selection of dates. Customer Service may contact
you by phone or email to assist you in the selection of your travel dates.

Once your dates are selected, the reschedule policy will allow you to reschedule within 48
hours of selecting the dates for your reservation with no penalty. After the 48 hours, a $40
administration fee will apply. If you fail to arrive or fail to complete the 90 minute, resort
orientation, you will be charged the full room rate ($199 weekend and $159 weekday per night).
Advance notice must be received during normal hours of business Monday through Friday
12:30pm to 9:00pm.

Anyone can purchase this vacation package for their own personal use providing they are
eligible, or can purchase it as a gift (Mother’s Day, Father’s day, Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding,
Christmas, Birthday etc.) for someone who is eligible. We will not book a stay for a client
who is not eligible; however, this package is transferable as long as the transferee meets all
of the eligibility requirements below. Clients who do check in and fail to meet the details of
participation will be charged a fee equal to all room nights at rack rate plus tax and client will
also not receive any special gifts associated with this package.

We hope that you will consider us for the future vacations. Tour times will be determined upon
arrival. Children under 16 are not permitted on the tour; however, they are cared for by the
resort’s qualified childcare service free of charge, while you attend the tour.

Package is valid for four months from the date of purchase.
